What is included in the monthly storage price?
The monthly rate covers unit rental, gated facility access, and standard security monitoring. Climate controlled units and extended access hours are available for an additional fee depending on the plan you select.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Our Starter and Standard plans are offered on a month-to-month basis. Business Pro clients can request longer lease terms for a reduced monthly rate, but this is optional and not required.
Are there any upfront or hidden fees?
We charge a one-time refundable deposit based on unit size, plus the first month's rent. There are no undisclosed administration fees, and all charges are listed clearly before you sign an agreement.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my storage unit later?
Yes. If your storage needs change, you can request a unit size change subject to availability. Our team will adjust your monthly rate accordingly and update your contract at the time of the change.
How does billing work if I cancel my unit?
We ask for 14 days' written notice before vacating a unit. Your deposit is returned after the unit is inspected and confirmed empty, provided no outstanding balance remains on the account.
Do prices differ for personal versus business storage?
Pricing is based on unit size and features such as climate control, not on whether the use is personal or business. Business clients storing inventory typically choose our Standard or Business Pro plans for the added access benefits.
